Bukiranje stana
Ukoliko ste iz naše ponude već pronašli odgovarajući smeštaj, raspoloživost možete proveriti na kalendaru koji se nalazi ispod opisa i fotografija stana. Ako niste sigurni kakav smeštaj želite, unesite željene datume u pretraživač na početnoj stranici i filtriranjem otkrijte ponudu raspoloživog smeštaja.
Ako se na profilu stana koji ste odabrali pojavljuje opcija "INSTANT BOOKING", moguće je bukiranje bez prethodnog upita.
Na našem portalu postoji opcija pretrage po različitim kriterijumima, između ostalog i pretraga po željenoj lokaciji, ali se u svakom trenutku možete obratiti nama na broj telefona pozivom, sms porukom, putem Viber-a i WhatsApp-a i naši ljubazni operateri će Vam rado pružiti neophodnu pomoć.
Prilikom rezrevacije je potrebno navesti i broj dece, pogotovo ako spavaju odvojeno od roditelja. Kapacitet smeštaja je određen brojem mesta za prenoćište. Francuski ležaj je predviđen za prenoćište dve osobe, singl ležaj za prenoćište jedne osobe, dok je garnitura predviđena za dve osobe, ukoliko se rasklapa.
Instant rezervacija je direktna rezervacija slobodnih datuma u kalendaru, bez prethodnog upita. Može se izvršiti samo za stanove kod kojih je omogućena ovakva opcija i koji su jasno obeleženi ikonicom za instant rezervisanje.
Uslovi korišćenja stanova
Većina domaćina dočekuje svoje goste na adresi stana i predaje im ključeve uz kratko uputstvo o korišćenju, naplatu i potpisivanje ugovora.
Za većinu stanova važi pravilo da je check in od 14h, a check out do 12h. Preporuka je da preciznije vreme dolaska dogovorite sa domaćinom na dan početka rezervacije.
Ukoliko planirate da sa sobom povedete kućnog ljubimca, obavezno proverite da li je stan koji želite da rezervišete pet friendly. Za stanove u kojima postoji mogućnost boravka kućnih ljubimaca, može da postoji i spisak dozvoljenih kućnih ljubimaca, pa je neophodno i da napomenete o kom se tačno ljubimcu radi.
Za svaki stan je precizno određen broj osoba koji u njemu može da boravi, a gosti se obavezuju da će strogo poštovati kućni red. Za bilo kakvo remećenje kućnog reda ili kršenje pravila o kapacitetu, vlasnik ima pravo da prekine Vaš boravak bez mogućnosti povraćaja novca. Okupljanja, žurke i proslave sa ili bez muzike su STROGO zabranjeni!
U opisu svakog stana je detaljno navedeno da li stan ima kuhinju i koji je nivo opremljenosti iste. U opisu je navedeno i da li je u pitanju šporet sa rernom ili bez, da li je u pitanju indukciona ploča ili ringle, kao i šta se od dodatnih kućnih aparata nalazi u kuhinji.
Besplatno čišćenje, kao i zamena posteljine i peškira, je predviđeno na svakih 7 dana za goste koji imaju duže rezervacije. Uslugu čišćenja je moguće doplatiti i češće po važećem cenovniku.
Regularno vreme čekiranja je od 14h. Odstupanje i raniji ulazak u stan zavisi od raspoloživosti i moguć je uz prethodnu najavu i doplatu.

Parking
U opisu svakog stana je jasno naglašeno da li postoji mogućnost parkiranja i da li je parking ili garažno mesto uključeno u cenu ili se dodatno naplaćuje.
Potrebno je. Takođe, neophodno je da proverite da li je parking uključen u cenu ili se doplaćuje. Ukoliko je vaše vozilo većeg gabarita, neophodno je to i napomenuti, s obzirom na to da postoje garažna i parking mesta koja nisu predviđena za veća vozila.
Plaćanje, cene i popusti
Navedena cena stanova je osnovna cena po noćenju za 1-2 osobe. Ispod svakog opisa stana postoji tabelarni prikaz cena sa uračunatim popustom u zavisnosti od broja noćenja.
Za registrovane korisnike, koji su i česti gosti u našim apartmanima, postoji "Loyaliti program" gde se popust obračunava u zavisnosti od ukupne potrošene sume.
Plaćanje je moguće izvršiti na više načina i pravila vezana za način plaćanja se mogu razlikovati, ali je obavezno da plaćanje bude izvršeno isključivo pre ulaska u smeštaj.
Last minute stanovi su raspoloživi stanovi sa dodatnim popustom na dan rezervisanja i jasno su obeleženi roze lentom. Znači, ukoliko uočite roze lentu, imate priliku da taj stan rezervišete sa sniženom cenom za taj dan.
